At last! National recognition of MTN's incompetency :)
Following my continual moan about MTN Rwanda a journalist called Allan Brian Ssenyonga at the New Times has also decided to take a pop at them.
Here's hoping someone in MTN's 'customer services' department wakes up and realises how badly they suck.
See, even from the UK I have the time to devote to loathing MTN ;) It's a passion of mine. Remember when they opened NTL Hell in protest of NTL's horrific service? Perhaps it's time for an MTN Hell sister-site.
